I did appreciate the careful and regular update you gave both by e mail and several phone calls keeping me fully informed and briefed as such I felt that I WAS HERE IN COLOMBO WITH YOU...The careful build up of upgrading the marketing to come close to my expected price was something remarkable using the tremendous knowledge you have in marketing a house. Same time you followed your etiquette and ehtics in business which is admirable. I also appreciate the valuable time and money you spent and made yourself available at all times since we had two different time schedules mine in Canada and yours in Sri Lanka.

I do ADMIRE THE QUALITIES displayed and the standards of an accredited Real estate broker of the west and not the usual COMMON brokers in the local market place we often encounter

1. It was remarkable and unbelievable to many that I obtained 3 to 4 solid offers (all exceeding the price originally set) to select from in a poorly performing real estate market.

2. All documents pertaining to filing of tax returns were delivered to my doorstep out of Colombo even after the transaction.

3. Attention to finer details and elimination of even the slightest doubt during negotiation comforted me very much during the negotiations.

4. I was very highly impressed of the Last minute meeting arranged with the buyer's lawyers Ms. DM Swaminathan Associates the day prior to the transaction ensuring everything was in order. I was surprised to see your thorough knowledge of the processing of documents, required for the final transactions.....

5. Your understanding to see through not only the figure or the amount But also the time period within which the sale is realized was of tremendous benefit for me to fix the cash on long term deposit before the interest rates crashed.I believe time is related to money even though many do not realise it .
